i'm new to wakeboarding / boating as a whole. my buddy and i just bought a boat this year and i have snowboarded for years so naturally i want to wakeboard now too.
our boat does not have a tower boom on it. how hard is it to wakeboard without a tower boom?

No, you should be fine without a tower. In fact, learning the fundamentals without a tower will probably make you better in the long run.
