I have a question.....when trying to do the tantrum, you're supposed to have your toes pointing toward the boat when your at the top of the wake ready to flip......right?

Well, sort of. At the last second, when you "throw" the flip, your board will turn sideways so that your board is parallel to the wake.
Some people like to say you "switch edges" right at the end to initiate the "trip." But I've found that people think too much about switching edges when they're told this. You just want to let your shoulders and hips pop and the "trip" should come automatically.
So yes, when you cut in your toes will point towards the wake, but when the rotations starts, your toes will be facing back the way you came from.
